Hi. I'm Ike.
I create brands & websites for startups, small businesses, and non-profits looking to evolve their digital presence.
I built my chops at Attentive handling projects across UX design, in-house website design, and client designs for e-commerce companies around the globe—from small businesses to well-known brands like Disney, Our Place, and Reebok. I learned how important it is for a website to fit into a larger marketing plan, product ecosystem, and cohesive brand.
I’ve never sought out one specific title. My background spans visual design, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and coding, with supplemental skills across illustration, video, and humor writing. I’m a pro in Figma, Webflow, and Adobe. I’m fluent in HTML/CSS and currently learning JavaScript. (If those tools mean nothing to you, that’s fine too.) I also own & operate my own apparel company, Butler Stuff, where I get to experiment with bold creative energy that spreads to my freelance projects. My creative brain is always dancing with my analytical side, so you’ll see every creative decision of mine is motivated by practical business goals.
Outside of design you’ll find me performing improv around Chicago, sharing weekly short stories at Ike’s Brain Farts, running the occasional marathon, and riding my bike across every inch of the Midwest (ask me about my weeklong ride from St. Louis to Chicago).
